Dear Dr. Lewis & Staff,

Here is a picture of my wedding day – that’s me seeing perfectly, without glasses or contacts. I had my surgery on November 2, 2000 and it is the best thing I’ve ever done!
Thank you so much for doing such a great job. Everyone throughout this process was not only professional, but caring and fun to be around.
